Christine DiDonato, director of talent and organizational development for Sony Electronics Inc., has worked in employee and leadership development more than 15 years. Her experience in leading organizational and training groups ranges from Household Finance, HSBC, Thornton Financial Services Inc. and Executive Counterparts serving clients such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Microsoft and Ernst and Young. Her research is focused on coaching and developing organizations’ youngest employees to become the next generation of leaders. DiDonato has an M.A. in speech and communication from San Francisco State University, where she also served as an instructor for two years.


Peter Mulford

Peter Mulford is an executive vice president and managing director of the New York office of BTS USA Inc. He has more than 10 years of experience developing and delivering executive leadership development for Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies around the world, including The Coca-Cola Co., Starbucks Coffee, AT&T, Barclay’s Bank, Sony Electronics, Telkom South Africa, and Phillips Electronics.

Prior to BTS Mulford worked for Aswa Ltd., a Japanese consultancy, and advised Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen on their Japanese market strategy. He received his MBA in finance and a master’s of international affairs from Columbia University.
